Delivery Information

  • Please double check all delivery information, especially when using PayPal as PayPals default is to always ship to your own address and 9/10 times this is incorrect, especially if you are delivering to someone as a gift and not for yourself.
  • Please check you have the correct recipients name and address and a phone number always helps too (we will never call them to ruin the surprise, but it is always handy to have if we have an issue with dogs, locked gates etc.)
  • The more info the better to ensure a smooth delivery
  • AM deliveries cannot always be guaranteed, although we do absolutely try our very best, we usually blink and it is 3pm all of a sudden.
    Please give us a quick call if you are really needing a delivery by a specific time and we will see what we can do.
  • If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product and we feel that it is safe to leave we will do so (as long as it is out of the weather and not completely visible from the road)
    If it doesn’t look safe, or if the product contains food/alcohol then we will leave a calling card at the door and take the product back to the store with us.
    It will then be up to the recipient to give us a call to arrange collection or redelivery at a later time.
  • We deliver 7 days a week and offer same day delivery on most of our areas.
    There are only a few areas that we don’t travel to on the weekend.

  • For all custom orders, we really appreciate 12-24 hours notice as our printing is all done offsite, in saying that though we have been known to do multiple orders on the same day, just takes a little extra juggling and usually will be delivered later in the afternoon.
